We were in a need of replacing two kitchen radiators and installing one in the hallway, which meant making all connections from the the boiler to the hallway through floors and walls. I have had multiple engineers in who were failing to appear or quote after the visit. I have found Kelgas through Facebook recommendation and this was life changing. Whole experience from getting very knowledgeable senior engineer Scott in to see what's needed, through quotation and help with chosing the radiators from Zoe to completing the work by Craig and Calum. They worked non stop to finish on time, respected our property and fully cleaned after themselves. Lastly they attended an emergency call within an hour, driving back from Aberdeen to Stonehaven, only few hours after leaving us. Fantastic team providing fabulous service from start to finish. One word professionalism. I had these guys out to look at my boiler which in the end needed replaced. This was over the cold period we just had. Scott left us heaters to use untill we could get a new boiler installed which was a lifesaver. Even with this there was no insistence we use them to install the new boiler Scott just said if we ended up going with someone else he would pick the heaters up no problem. We received a quote for the new boiler the next day and they managed to squeeze us in for the installation that week as they knew we has a 1 year old baby. Excellent. Between Scott and Gyula (whom my baby took a great liking to due to his very warm nature) the boiler was installed over a couple of days and we where back in business with the heating and hot water. Scott is even coming back out this week to fix another problem ( the waste connection pipe for my bath was broken) which Gyula found whilst fitting the boiler. These are the type of guys you could give them your keys to your house and let them just crack on with no worries. Finding tradesmen like this can be hard so if you need and gas related services done in aberdeen I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Another note is to Zoe whom sorted everything out for us with times and keep us up to date with progress thank you. Less
